I had the immense privilege of meeting the legendary Steve Madden, which ultimately led to my appointment as Head of Music to run The Steve Madden Music Project from 2012 to 2020, until the spread of Covid. As the orchestrator of this iconic program, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize the brand's musical identity by creating bespoke playlists for its stores, fostering partnerships with artists for groundbreaking events, and spearheading both the US and International music projects. My role encompassed curating the program, securing high-profile artists, and producing up to 10 unforgettable live events annually, in addition to cultivating over 100 collaborations with up-and-coming artists to generate compelling content for the brand's social media platforms. Furthermore, I collaborated with Steve Madden himself to launch a record label, 5Towns Records, in partnership with Warner Music, which garnered millions of streams since its inception.

My consulting portfolio is extensive, ranging from developing monetization strategies for Allure magazine's tech to crafting go-to-market plans for nascent start-ups, culminating in the successful launch of this year's trailblazing NFT project, Y.at.

My debut in the experiential brand space was nothing short of a triumph - I spearheaded the conceptualization, pitching, sourcing, financing, and production of MTVGames' Rock Band Live US Tour, which spanned 28 cities and featured a star-studded lineup of Panic! At The Disco, Dashboard Confessional, and the Plain White Ts.
Following that, over the course of nine years, I led the production of over 100 engaging interactive events, partnerships, and collaborations, cementing my reputation as a leading force in the experiential marketing industry. My boundless creativity, strategic vision, and meticulous execution have consistently surpassed the expectations of brands, artists, and audiences alike, ensuring the success of each endeavor.

Artist management
I launched Fein Management in 1999 with the discovery of the then-unknown twin brothers Benji and Joel Madden, who were fresh out of high school and had just formed the band Good Charlotte. Under my guidance, Good Charlotte quickly rose to become international touring sensations and multi-platinum, award-winning artists. Alongside musicians, Fein Management also represented a diverse group of creatives, including Daytime Emmy-winning actor Eden Riegel. As the company evolved into A Fein Martini, it went on to sign critically acclaimed acts such as My Morning Jacket and award-winning comedy duo Flight of the Conchords, who went on to create the hit HBO series.

In 2003, I joined forces with veteran manager, Simon Renshaw to represent an impressive roster of artists, including the Grammy-winning Dixie Chicks and CMA-winning Miranda Lambert. In 2009, I rebranded the East Coast enterprise as 8spoke, further solidifying my position as a force in the music industry. With a keen eye for talent and a proven track record of nurturing and promoting emerging artists, I have established myself as one of the most respected and sought-after managers in the business.
